Our chassis will be made out of carbon fibre and it will also be manufactured on Beths's Grammar School's 3D printer and is being designed on SolidWorks. Printing from the 3D printer will cost us £500, out of our £1500 account balance.
We will be holding a meeting tomorrow so please check back tomorrow for the minutes and also we have now finished our car outer shell and will be preforming an Aerodynamics test on the shell on a special 3D modelling tool called Solid works. Our design Team have been using solid works for the last few weeks.
